
LASER Welder Mark-UNO/7500
Now in its third series, Mark-UNO was the first LASER-welder which truly deserves the title of ‘compact’ welding device, due to the fact it can be placed over a bench or hang to a wall.
Designed to ensure maximum comfort to operators within a large welding chamber, it is fitted with a single opening to facilitate the manipulation of objects, even when large and bulky.
Its vertical structure has contributed to drastically reduce its size and weight - the machine is only 50-cm deep - facilitating its positioning even on small working area.
In addition to offering best performance, a high production capacity and a compact size, constant research for new solutions has led to the introduction of new features such as:
- A new operator-machine interface, which, by means of a color touch-screen display, allows fast access to working parameters and easy management of options.
- A USB PenDrive, which, in addition to be the "Black Box" of the LASER-welder, makes it possible to save working parameters and perform software upgrades.
- 100 memory cells to save work settings.
- 5 pre-set waveforms (pulse-shaping) to obtain higher quality welding on all types of metals/alloys.
- A LED-type lighting system coaxial to the LASER-aperture inside the welding chamber.
- Access and adjustment of all LASER functions through a rotary-switch inside the welding-chamber
- The flow of Argon gas directly onto the welding area and co-axially to the LASER-aperture with the possibility to set different post-gas and pre-gas timings.
- Powerful and silent hydraulic cooling circuit designed to support very intensive working cycles.
- Motorized regulation of welding spot diameter.
- Only 0.1 mm in diameter of the minimum spot, thanks to the optionally provided OROTIG’s patented "Spot Size Control System" (SSCS).
- Optionally provided OROTIG’s patented OBC (On Board Camera) system to allow watching on a 8.4” color monitor the images of welding inside the chamber and, by the touch of a finger, to alternate the reading of all working parameter settings and/oroperator-machine messaging on the TFT color display.
All these new features translate into more available power, energy, compactness, reliability and simplified equipment’s management and maintenance.

LASER welder - EVO Series
The birth of the XXS EVO series, which is the most compact class of welding machines, was possible thanks to the great experience OROTIG gained during its pluri-annual presence in the market of LASER devices. Preserving the main features of the previous XXS line of LASER-welders, the XXS-EVO while keeping being compact, reliable, and high-performing., it has been enhanced by a fresh and more appealing exterior, a better user-machine interface, new functions, and, finally, the power ranging from 30 to 125 Joules, capable to satisfy all categories of customers, from dental labs to jewellery shops, to eye-glass frames repairers, to ... other sector and more applications.
In addition to guaranteeing best performance, high productivity and compact size, constant research for new solutions has led to the introduction of additional functions such as:
- A new operator-machine interface, which by means of a 5.7" color touch-screen display, allows fast access to working parameters and easy management of options.
- A USB PenDrive, in addition to be the "Black Box" of the LASER-welder, makes it possible to save parameters used at working as well as to make software upgrades when so needed.
- 32 memory cells to save work settings.
- 5 pre-set waveforms (pulse-shaping) to obtain higher quality welding on all types of metals/alloys.
- A LED-type lighting system coaxial to the LASER-aperture inside the welding chamber.

All these characteristics, combined with a new design and new interface, make the EVO the LASER-Welder the benchmark for the next generation of LASER welding equipment, in terms of technological evolution and operator adaptability.

LASER Welder REVOs Series
Applying the knowledge acquired during the development of the mark-uno and XXS-EVO, subsequently perfected thanks to years of experience, OROTIG introduces the REVOs series of LASER-welding machines.
Designed to reach powers of up to 200J and capable of supporting continuous working cycles, it has a large welding chamber, designed to adapt to operator’s needs, a new system for viewing-through the welding and working parameters as well as operator-machine messaging on the color touch-screen display.
These are just a few of the features of this very innovative LASER-welder.
